The Process

Step 1
I start by producing a scaled sketch based on what you're looking for. Once we decide it aligns with your vision and you give the okay, we move on to the next step.

Step 2
Then we recreate the piece on the chalkboard in regular chalk (Crayola dust-free is my go-to) so we have a guideline for the actual piece that can be easily erased.

Step 3
Then we go over the guidelines. Once we're done “inking,” we let it dry, and then erase the original guides with a soft dry cloth and then you have a gorgeous lettered chalkboard!
